There’s one thing we know for sure when it comes to technology’s influence, it is slowing down the process of children developing their social and emotional skills. Children develop these skills from interacting and observing their parents, along with interacting with other children. Mobile devises captivates everyone’s attention. This lowers the amount of time parents interact with their children. Because children’s social and emotional skills aren’t properly develop yet, they have no self regulation and will continue playing or watching on their devises until told other wise.
